Cadillac

How do I get started?

Sign up for Jessica’s email list for info on all that Jessica offers. Then message Jessica to introduce yourself, tell her your fitness goals and needs, and ask questions. She’d love to hear from you!

I’m a beginner. What do I need to know?

While beginners are welcome to join mixed-level classes, it’s always encouraged to start with at least one individual session to learn the basics for a safe and enjoyable experience. During this time, you and Jessica can assess your needs and create a plan to achieve your goals.

Do you work with special populations?

Jessica is trained and experienced in working with people with special needs. This includes pre/postnatal, scoliosis, joint hypermobility, nervous system regulation, and arthritis, among other conditions.

How long is each class/session?

50–55 minutes

What is your group class schedule?

Group Pilates classes are offered Wednesday and Friday mornings at Inside Out Pilates studio. These classes are open to the general public and utilize Pilates equipment, including the reformer. Sign up for the email list for online classes and workshops.

Where do you teach?

Jessica teaches in-person out of several studios in Jupiter, FL. This allows for access to different types of equipment to accommodate the needs of the client. She also teaches online via Zoom.
