Jessica Namit is passionate about helping people achieve their fitness and postural goals. She has over 20 years experience as an educator and movement enthusiast (Pilates, yoga, the GYROTONIC®️ Method, distance running, strength training).
She has advanced training in multiple forms of movement and exercise. Her understanding of the body and movement patterns has helped her to manage and fix pain in her own body.

Jessica is a STOTT Pilates teacher with full certification, including all equipment (mat, reformer, cadillac, chair, barrels), all levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced), and Injuries & Special Populations.
She is a Yoga Alliance registered teacher, teaching vinyasa, restorative, and prenatal yoga as well as pranayama and meditation. Jessica has studied with a range of accomplished teachers, with Jason Crandell as her primary teacher.
Additionally she is a certified trainer in the GYROTONIC®️ method, which is an intelligent movement system based on yoga and utilizes fitness equipment to stretch and strengthen in multiple planes of motion.
Her training and experience in working with people with special needs includes pre/postnatal, scoliosis, joint hypermobility, nervous system regulation, and arthritis, among other conditions.
Jessica creates a welcoming space for all abilities to explore movement that is interesting, challenging, and safe.
She teaches group classes open to the general public as well as sessions for individuals, duets, and small groups.

Jessica teaches in several studios in Jupiter, FL as well as online.
